Audio noise

1. Do not put camera close to computer, electric wire antenna. Those may cause interference. Please do not turn on audio and talk at the same time.

2. Could you please try to disconnect wireless antenna? The wireless is still working; just the wireless signal is not very strong. If there’s no noise, maybe it’s the conflict between antenna and power wire. Please try to keep antenna and power wire away. If possible, wrap the power cord or antenna with something, like tin foil.

By the way, you can also try to reset camera at bottom for 30seconds under power on.
